1. You must have a willingness to overcome the fear of heights. Determination to succeed is vital. If you really want to conquer the fear of heights you’re half way there already.
2. Talk to the following people about why they feel confident at heights. Find out what helps them to do this. 9. Try to find out the reason for your fear. Did someone scare you when you were small? Discuss the condition with your close ones, a counselor, health professional, or someone who can help you work through the underlying reasons.
10. When looking down from a big height, grasp railings or fences to build a sense of safety and security in that position.
