Inspirational Poem Part 2 – The Road To Success Is Always Under Construction!

An Inspirational Poem  PART 2

The Road To Success is Always Under Construction
by Larry Wall & Kathleen Russell
from the book: The Road to Success is always under construction.

You can’t direct the wind, but you can adjust your sails.
We lie loudest when we lie to ourselves.
Tact is the ability to see others as they wish to be seen.
A friend walks in when everyone else walks out.
If you must cry over spilled milk then please try to condense it.
Behavior is the mirror in which everyone shows their image.
It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it.
The smallest good deed is better than the grandest intention.
Success is … more attitude than aptitude.
The greatest of all faults is to imagine you have none.
Too many of us speak twice before we think.
Some people develop eye strain looking for trouble.
Everyone has 20/20 hindsight.
The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.
No man knows less than the man who knows it all.
Patience carries a lot of wait.
One who lacks courage to start has already finished.

What Makes A GREAT Motivational Speaker!?

I recently went to see a motivational speaker who
had been through hell and back in her earlier years
– it made for a very interesting evening! I came up
with the following cartoon after hearing of the
obstacles she had overcome…..

I recommend you go and see good motivational speakers when
you can – you will come away inspired. and it’ll be a great help
when you have obstacles in your way.

We Have An Incredible Power Within Us – That We Must Use!

Your mind’s power is only limited by the belief you’ve assigned to it.
Believe that you will attain what you aim for, see it clearly in your mind, and your subconscious will make sure you get it.
Treat your subconscious like a close friend. Love it. Respect it. Ask it things. Talk to it often with a positive tone. And never forget to thank it for always being there for you and for helping.
Picture yourself already reaping the fruits. And you will ultimately attain it.
