Automatic Negative Thoughts – stomp those ants! STOMP THOSE ANTS!
Psychiatrist Daniel G. Amen has named the limiting thoughts we hear in our
head ANTs – Automatic Negative Thoughts. And just like real ants at a picnic, your ANTS can ruin your experience of life. Dr.Amen recommends that you learn to STOMP the ANTs. First you have to become aware of them; next you have to shake them off and stomp them by challenging them. Finally you have to replace them with more positive and affirming thoughts!
Stomps those ANTS!
When you have Automatic Negative Thoughts – STOMP your ANTs before it’s too late!
Taken from a book by Jack Canfield – The Success Principles, how to get from where you are to where you want to be!
Automatic Negative Thoughts – will you be stomping those ants!?
Belief in success is the one basic, absolutely essential ingredient
in successful people.”
Believing something can be done sets the mind in motion to find
a way to do it.
“Believe it can be done. When you believe something can be done,
really believe, your mind will find the ways to do it. Believing a
solution paves the way to solution.

Maybe the guy in the cartoon above doesn’t need a parachute after all!?
The above cartoon video was produced with Gary Ryan Blair of The Goals Guy. Gary emailed me the audio file and I listened to this and jotted down ideas, created all the cartoons to suit the script and emailed them back to him. There was some going backwards and forwards before we got all the cartoons right. It was something new for me to work on and was very challenging. A very enjoyable project!
When commissioning cartoons… Pick TWO of the three options!
Good+Fast = Expensive Choose this and I’ll postpone every other project on my drawing board, my round of golf or give up my footy match ticket and work day and night to get your job done. It WILL NOT BE CHEAP though!
Good+Cheap = Slow Choose good and cheap and I’ll still do a great job at a discounted price. But you’ll have to be patient while I fit you in after my higher paying clients, updating my web site, going down the gym, my footy matches, rounds of golf and liquid lunches!
Fast+Cheap = Inferior Choose this option at your peril. It will still be delivered on time but it will be inferior, as many corners as possible will be cut. You know the saying ‘You get what you pay for!’ The least favorable option in my opinion!
