Remember, success is not about working hard.
Success Made Simple!
Here’s a couple of ‘success’ cartoons I drew to promote Karim Hajee’s ‘Success Strategies’ portal. Karim showed me his sales page and I did about 6 ideas/rough sketches for him to choose from. These are the two we developed…
Sort of ‘before and after’ cartoons.
YES, THERE IS A WAY TO SUCCESS WITHOUT ALL THE HARD WORK…
Success is Easy. Yes it’s Easy, when you follow the right strategy. But no one gave you that strategy. Instead they gave you the wrong strategy. They said you had to work hard to succeed. You believed them. And so you work hard, hoping it will lead to success. You keep working harder and think one day it will all payoff.
Then the days, months and years go by. You put in a lot of hard work, long hours, but still no success. Instead, you may be worse off. You don’t see your family because you’re working. You don’t have the free time that you want because you’re working. Your bank account balance is shrinking, the bills are piling up and you have more debt.
You try to work harder, hoping to get that promotion or a better job.
You bank some extra time so you can one day take that great vacation.
You’re still waiting to take it.
And you’re still not as successful as you want to be.

When I look back now over my life and call to mind what I might have had simply for taking and did not take, my heart is like to break. ~William Hale White

You’ve Got To bounce Back If Something Goes Wrong!
Bounce back from any disaster you’ve encountered and you’ll be a success!
“No matter how far life pushes you down, no matter how much you hurt, you can always bounce back.” ~ Sheryl Swoopes
The test of success is not what you do when you are on top. Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom. ~ George S. Patton
Winners aren’t quitters! We all encounter road blocks or obstacles in our lives – be it with dieting, work goals, sports goals, personal projects or even life goals. But how we react to these barriers is more important than what the actual barriers are – you’ve got to bounce back, in fact ‘bounce’ over those barriers!
Everything’s not going to go perfect. You’re going to have some losses that you’re going to have to bounce back from and some things that are a little unforeseen that you’re going to have to deal with. ~ Tony Dungy
Pushing myself to the limit!?
Pushing myself…It takes courage to push yourself to places that you have never been before… to test your limits… to break through barriers.
I always wanted to be the best I could be at whatever I did. I didn’t want to be the number one golfer in the world. I just wanted to be as good as I could be. I work hard, I push myself hard, and I probably even expect too much of myself.
Greg Norman
When it comes down to it, at the end of the day, I need more out of my life and I need to push myself harder. And if at the end of the day I don’t have it, then I don’t have it, but at least I’m going to put myself out there. If I fail, I’m going to fail terrifically. ~ Ali Larter
