So positive self talk at all times!

Although some of the self talk I heard people using was constructive and beneficial, most of it was the opposite – the kind of self talk that was counter-productive and self-defeating.  Shad Helmstetter

Positive self talk is vitally important and without a positive self talk regime, you can easily trap yourself in negative thinking. Then it will be all downhill from there!
